1. Who We Are

Grafics AI is operated by Grafics Media LLC. We build AI-powered brand graphics tools at grafics.ai and grafics.com. Questions? Email us at hello@grafics.ai.

2. What We Collect

Account data: name, email address, company/role when you sign up or submit a lead form.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, graphics generated — collected via PostHog analytics.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
Brand assets: logos, colors, and fonts you upload to generate graphics.

3. How We Use It

Deliver the service — generate on-brand graphics for you.
Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts) via Resend.
Improve the product using aggregated, anonymized usage data.
We do not sell your data. Ever.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS us-east-1). Brand assets are stored in Supabase Storage. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party analytics cookie from PostHog to understand product usage. No third-party ad tracking cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@grafics.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to active users. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
