Welcome to grafics.ai. By accessing or using our AI-powered brand visual studio, deck creator, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

grafics.ai provides tools for generating on-brand visuals, pitch decks, and creative assets from a single brand kit. The Service is offered under personal, creator, and unlimited membership plans.

2. Accounts & Access

You must create an account to use core features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the generation limits.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not upload copyrighted material you do not own or have license to use for generation.
Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the generation systems.

4. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the brand assets and text you provide. Subject to your plan, you receive a license to use the visuals and decks generated by the Service. We may use anonymized generations to improve models.

5. Payments & Cancellation (Idea 5)

Unlimited membership ($39/mo) and other paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time via the account portal. No prorated refunds for partial months. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of generated visuals or the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
